What to Expect
Group workouts are weekly group training that consists of intense, highly focused, college-style workouts. Sign-ups are weekly and scheduled per session.
A group setting creates a competitive atmosphere for all our skill and drill work. This forces players to push themselves and learn to make others around them better as well.
