GROUP WORKOUTS

What to Expect

Group workouts are weekly group training that consists of intense, highly focused, college-style workouts. Sign-ups are weekly and scheduled per session.

​A group (typically 4-10 players) setting creates a competitive atmosphere for all our skill and drill work.  This forces players to push themselves and learn to make others around them better as well.

GROUP LEVELS

Learn, compete, and improve alongside other skilled players. Groups have different skill levels based on beginner - advanced and grade level, so all groups will match your desires. Some groups you'll be the best player and some you'll be the least skilled, either way you improve. 

APPLY SKILLS 

Groups allow you to take skills you've worked on and test them in a competitive setting. We will do all the ball handling, shooting, and isolation moves and then immediatly test to be sure players are retaining these skills in live competitive drills. 

FORM RELATIONSHIPS

Our family atmosphere will make it so you enjoy each moment and workout! Plus, you'll meet other athletes that are like minded and form meaningful relationships and rivalries.
