Cancellation Policy

All NW/JOCO Summer Memberships secure your athlete’s spot in training and are non-refundable, but any missed sessions with 24-hour notice—or conflicts due to JOCO camps—will be converted into credits for future workouts or programs. Monthly (Development) and full-summer (All-In) memberships prioritize consistency and offer the best overall value, while Flex options allow for pay-as-you-go participation. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within the season unless approved otherwise. By enrolling, families agree to maintain communication and commit to a positive, consistent training environment.
